Automatic sash closing system, hardware should consist of clutch free design, slow speed high torque DC motor with low slippage pulleys/sprockets, Operational push button, PIR moment sensor, Beam IR sensor, Curtain IR (Optional), Home position sensor, On board 2 line LCD, Push buttons 3nos, Suitable Power supply and its connecting cable. The working philosophy should be sash closing to be automated and open to be intended and manually triggered. These controllers to be able to easily program 3 sash positions like close, open (working ht) and full open (setup ht.). These controllers pulleys should be suitable for rope or belt or chain driven sash movement system. These controllers to be able to program sash closing delay time, sash working speed, set point for relay output and analogue output. This controller to accept the mild push gesture input to open or close the sash. This sash controller should be suitable for benchtop, distillation and walk-in types. Operational sequence, when pushbutton is pressed sash open to working height and pressed again sash closes. Any time while sash opening press to stop and any time when sash stopped press to close. Automatic sash close after set delay time. Long press ~ 3sec to open to full height or to setup ht. From setup height to closed with settable delay time of 120mins. Sash closing to be automatic driven by controller with settable delay time of 1 to 30mins. The sash closing will not start or stop if moment detected Infront of chamber by PIR or below the sash by Beam IR or Curtain IR. Sash opening will not be affected by PIR sensor, but Beam IR & Curtain IR will stop further open. Controller should have 230V NO NC relay with programmable sash opening height, means this relay operate when sash reaches set point height. Controller should have analogue output selectable 0(2)-10V DC and configurable to working height or setup height. Motor overdraw current protection should be available with trim pot to adjust the drawings current. Sash must be free to operate when mains power supply is cut. This controller to have optional Modbus RTU features transmitting like current sash position, relay status, emergency override and close, etc Sash controller manufacturers should possess ISO 9001, 14001, and 4501 certifications.
